Teacher Salary & Benefits

Schools participating in Teach California Charters offer salary scales that compare competitively with those of surrounding public school districts along with standard benefit packages. All participating schools pay at least as much as other schools within their districts. Payment and benefits differ according to the different charter networks and are based on years of teaching experience, among other factors in the teacher’s background.
